What is BBNL:
Incorporated on 25/02/2012, BBNL was set up for the Establishment, Management and Operation of NOFN. Approved on 25-10-2011, NOFN (National Optical Fiber Network) is a cross-country network of optical fibres, aimed to provide connectivity to all the 2,50,000 Gram Panchayats (GPs) in the country.

Selection Process for  BBNL GATE 2015 Recruitment:

Merit List for selection of Executive Trainee in BBNL would consists of GATE 2015 Score and Interview. Post announcement of the result, your score would be obtained by BBNL directly from GATE 2015 authority (i.e. corresponding to your GATE registration number), decide the cut-off and shortlist the candidates for Personal Interview.

There after following the weightages would be used to decide the final merit list of BBNL:
GATE 2015 score: 75%; Personal Interview 25%.

BBNL ET Salary:

Salary offered by BBNL to Executive Trainee (ET) is in Pay-Scale of 16,400 – 3% - 40,500/- with other benefits. 

Eligible branches for  BBNL GATE 2015 Recruitment:

Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics.
Qualifications should be full time B.E. / B. Tech./ B. Sc. (Engg.) from recognized University / Institute.
Final Year / Semester students of above who expect their results by 14.08.2015 are also eligible.

Age Eligibility:
Minimum : 21 years.
Maximum : 27 years.

You have to appear in following GATE 2015 paper corresponding to your qualifying discipline to take part in this BBNL recruitment process:
EE, EC & CS.
